1. Adjust the pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer to the correct ranges for the conditioner (see charts).
2. Add 4 oz. of the solution to the spa water.

1. Add 1 gem (for 1 to 2 people), or 2 gems (3 or more people) into the filter compartment after every use.
2. Turn your spa jets on high to ensure the gem dissolves efficiently.

1. Clean the plumbing system from left over contaminants and remove all filters before using Clean Start.
2. Turn the jets on high to add the bottle to the spa water and wait 30 minutes.

For maintenance, it is necessary to perform the conditioner treatment weekly, add a gem after every use, and use Clean Start yearly.

*It is important to maintain the pH between 7.2 and 7.8. High pH (above 7.8) can cause scaling and/or cloudy or colored water.
