This part is a replacement drain valve handle for select Hot Spring hot tub models. The slide and a pair of gaskets are two of the parts that make up the valve that can be changed out when they wear out.

Pull to open and push down to close. Compatible with 1990 to 1992 Hot Spring Highlife spa models.
